I decided to create "I'm Choco-late" after watching Katy Perry’s famous video "California Gurls". I remember the first time Katy Perry appeared on screen, walking among trees from which hung gorgeous red wrapped sweets and pink cotton candy. Katy Perry in a candy dress, Katy Perry making you fly to an universe where there is no transition between childhood and adulthood. Katy Perry telling me from the other side of the screen that life is pure colour, pure joy, no matter how old you are.

Since that day I stopped considering Katy Perry a mere artist. I no longer saw the singer who calls herself Katy Perry but the world behind that image, the world where Katy Perry and all of us come from, one we should never have left. Of course, I'm talking about the world of dreams…
